Telehealth Technician

WHAT WE NEED
Caring, multi-tasking home healthcare technicians for equipment installation and troubleshooting

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A Telehealth Technician who is self motivated, quick to assess and resolve potential issues with the telehealth equipment. This individual must also present an engaging, warm, empathetic personality. They will work directly with out Home Health patients during the installation and education process of delivery Telehealth Equipment.

Can you help coordinate patient plans of care? Can you assess patient needs and make adjustments as needed? Are you goal-oriented and a strong communicator? Let us show you a way to put all these skills to work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• This position includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Work and communicate directly with clinical nurses, other field staff, and department manager to provide assigned telehealth equipment installation and trouble shooting.

• Troubleshoot and program monitors using remote programming technology.

• Follow policies and procedures and maintain competency for equipment.

• Maintain patient confidentiality.
