Job Description
Position Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented FP&A analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and forecasting, as well as experience with budgeting and strategic planning. This role will report directly to the CFO and frequently interact with the companys leadership team.
This will be a fully remote position with occasional time spent in our Chicago or Columbus area clinics to learn and be in touch with the business. Position Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and conduct analysis to support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
Develop financial models to support decision making and provide actionable insights to management
Analyze and interpret financial results, and provide regular reports to management
Participate in the development of the annual budget and long-range strategic plans
Monitor actual results against budget and forecast, and provide variance analysis to identify trends and potential risks/opportunities
Support ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and conduct analysis to support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes: This includes working closely with departments such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance to gather data necessary for forecasting and budgeting purposes. The FP&A analyst will use this data to develop detailed financial projections and ensure that budgets align with the overall business strategy.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field
3+ years of experience in a financial analysis role
Advanced skills in Excel and experience with financial modeling
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
