Pipeline Compliance Data Analyst

This position will support and add value to the Pipeline Compliance Systems team with various requests in both Natural Gas and Liquids assets.
Responsibilities include:? Support the structure capturing and editing process? Utilize imagery to identify and add missing structure outlines to the structure database? Examine existing structures to ensure that it is commensurate with structure type, occupancy, and status? Research data about the structures to best understand their purpose and usage? Work with the subject matter expert and field personnel to gain clarity and understanding of what is represented in the database? Compile natural gas and liquids PHMSA Annual Reports? Assist with the class calculation process annually , MAOP Confirmation and Revision Analysis per 192 Regulations? Track, understand, and evaluate class changes and work with the field continuously to resolve exception? Support the HCA/MCA processes for Natural Gas and Liquids assets? Prepare data for PHMSA and internal audits? Handle data requests from other groups including Risk, Management, Operations, Engineering, Codes & Standards, etc.? Write Processes & Procedures for Class, HCA, Structure collection, MAOP confirmation etc.? Handle permit requests from state and federal agencies such as NPMS, T4s, TRRC (Texas Rail Road Commission), and North Dakota Industrial Commission (NDIC)
Skills/Experience:? Bachelor's degree preferred, relevant pipeline experience will be considered in lieu of a degree? Familiarity with 49 CFR 192 and 195 Regulations and core calculations for Pipeline Compliance including Class/HCA Determination? SharePoint familiarity? Strong analytical skills and logical thought process, with the ability to identify and resolve complex data issues and problems? Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn new and changing technologies? Ability to work on multiple projects at once keeping prioritization in mind? Excellent oral & written communication skills with problem solving & teamwork ability? Aptitude to work successfully from a remote location with other team members? Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required? Experience with ESRI Tools - ArcGIS 10.4.1 or above? FME and SQL experience is a plus, other desired skill sets include ArcCatalog, basics ofArcToolBox, Geodatabase, and shapefile manipulation
