Real Estate Assistant

The Real Estate Assistant supports with all functions of the real estate transaction including answering phones, making/returning calls to agents, vendors, existing and potential customers, scheduling appointments, entering data into various platforms, preparing marketing material, running errands, and following a time sensitive checklist of tasks and daily responsibilities. The Real Estate Assistant attends regular training sessions in and out of office.

Full Time 40hr/week

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

$40k/year plus Bonuses

Required Skills

• Excellent phone skills and etiquette
• Professional demeanor, written and verbal communication
• Enjoys providing excellent customer service
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Proficient with computers and web-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
• Excellent friendly communication, must be willing to talk to people
• Task oriented organizational skills, must like check-lists
• Ability to work independently in a quiet environment
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
