Job Description

The Implementation Coordinator supports the Implementation Team to ensure successful on-boarding of all new clients to Healthcare Highways. The Implementation Coordinator works in a supportive role to coordinate all facets of the Implementation process for new and existing clients. This includes working cross-functionally with multiple departments in the collection of required information to support the successful on-boarding of a new client. Additionally, strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to strategically prioritize projects is required.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing information systems on various platforms
  • Informing implementation specialist about technological or communication difficulties
  • Addressing concerns of new processes
  • Working with a team to identify and resolve issues
  • Support Implementation Specialist in developing and Implementing new and existing clients
  • Extreme high-level attention to detail.
  • Expert-level project and task planning and follow-through.
  • Escalate issues to Implementation Specialist promptly as well as proposed solutions
  • Create, organize and maintain administrative files and databases, including Salesforce entry and maintenance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to lead effectively in a small and collaborative team environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA requirements
  • Make decisions based on information and input in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with other departments across organization
  • Flexible and open to learning new ideas/skills
  • Other duties or special projects may be assigned as necessary

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

  1. Ensuring projects adhere to time frames and budgets
  2. Monitoring all phases of a project including ensuring projects meet the deadlines
  3. Ensure new group notifications and termination notices are sent to vendors timely
  4. Acknowledgement of emails within 24 hours of receiving for new client implementations or renewals
  5. Create and send meeting agendas out 24 hours prior the meeting and notes sent out from the meeting within 24-48 hours of the meeting taking place

Qualifications Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a corporate business setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Outlook required
  • Knowledge of Implementation and Project Management Processes
  • Ability to set their own objective and drive results
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

A qualified candidate will be a highly collaborative individual with ability to influence others at all levels and build strong professional relationships. The ability to drive strategic alignment across business units to succeed company-wide goals as well as understanding strategic partnerships to meet organizational objectives is essential to success in this position.
