Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Facility Set-Up Technician will assist in room set up and take down for events, light furniture assembly/repairs, and general labor duties as needed for the purposes of ongoing building care and upkeep.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assist with the setup of facilities for meetings, events, classrooms, conferences, etc.
Move office furniture, tables, chairs, for office moves, etc.
Comply with all safety procedures and requirements
Support any after hours building needs and activities as required.
Attend training sessions and seminars.
Replace light bulbs, furniture assembly, etc. as needed.
Other assigned tasks as requested
Work Schedules Available: Sundays [6:00 am - 2:00 pm] and Tuesday - Thursday [7:00 am - 4:00 pm] or

Tuesday - Friday [7:00 am - 4:00 pm]

Qualifications

Candidate must have a growing & mature, demonstrated personal relationship with Jesus Christ and exhibit a consistent Christ-like attitude and life.
High school diploma required and/or equivalent experience.
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience.
Above average ability to be flexible, be organized, manage time and set/shift priorities while meeting deadlines.
A team player with the ability to cultivate a team spirit within the ministry area and throughout Church.
Ability to lift, bend, walk, climb, push, pull, stoop, carry, etc.
