It's a part-time job with 40 hours per month

The Project Assistant supports the Project Manager supporting project administration on multiple projects.

Supports Project Manager:

• Creating and managing the project schedule
• Creating / maintaining project manual
• Preparing change orders with P.M. input
• Attend progress meetings with P.M.
• Research technical issues
• Maintaining plan grid updates

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of experience or 6 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language / Communication Skills:

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents, technical procedures, and government regulations
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures
• Ability to communicate well with all levels of workers involved with the project
• Good listening skills

Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of JIRA.
• Ability to understand, customize and modify spreadsheets.
