Marketing: Content and Design Specialist

Job Description:

As a Content and Design Specialist at AMG, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's narrative and visual identity. You will be responsible for crafting engaging content for various channels, including newsletters, blog posts, press releases, and social media. Additionally, you will be tasked with designing graphics and materials for our marketing campaigns. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in delivering impactful content and visuals that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create high-quality content for newsletters, blog posts, press releases, and social media.
2. Design graphics and materials for marketing campaigns that align with our brand guidelines.
3. Update and maintain the company style sheet to ensure consistency in all communications.
4. Assist in recording and editing videos for promotional purposes.
5. Design and update various print and digital materials.
6. Design and order promotional items to enhance our brand visibility.
7. Manage and update websites via Squarespace.
8. Design truck/car wrapping graphics and oversee installation for a mobile marketing presence.
9. Provide in-house graphic design support.
10. Coordinate changes in Godaddy as needed to maintain web functionality.
11. Provide graphic design support for in-house projects and marketing collateral.
12. Create in-house forms using tools like Cognito Forms and Squarespace.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content creation, graphic design, and marketing.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Suite).
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
