Job description

Content Marketing Lead

We're looking for a content marketing lead to help accelerate Monumint's next phase of growth.

You'll own Monumint's content and marketing strategy, helping define how we're presented to customers and the broader market. You'll create compelling content across LinkedIn and other channels, develop marketing campaigns, and tell the stories behind our customers, product, and team.

You'll work closely with the founders, engineering, customer success, and sales to shape our brand, launch new initiatives, and build the marketing engine that supports Monumint's continued growth.

What You'll Do
  • Own Monumint's content and marketing strategy.
  • Create and manage content across LinkedIn and other social channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a consistent stream of high-quality content.
  • Launch creative marketing campaigns to build awareness, generate pipeline, and grow the Monumint brand.
  • Work with engineering, sales, and customer success to create case studies, product launch content, and sales enablement materials.
  • Collaborate with designers to produce marketing assets, or create them independently when needed.
  • Measure performance of marketing initiatives and continuously refine the strategy based on results.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience working in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably at an early-stage financial services/fintech company.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft impactful copy.
  • Experience managing company social media, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to develop new marketing ideas and campaigns.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Leverage AI tools to create content and move quickly.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high degree of ownership.
