Job Description

primeFORCE, LLC an Implementation Consulting, Managed Service and SaaS provider, is looking for a UKG Dimensions Consultant to join our team.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for providing advanced level implementation, support, and resolution for complex technical problems related to UKG.  The Solutions Consultant I for UKG also serves as second and third level escalation contact in assisting both end users and less experienced support analysts and solutions consultants in effectively identifying issues and using effective troubleshooting techniques to resolve end user technical issues. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Design the solution best fit for the customer requirement leveraging Industry Best Practices.
•    Consult with customers on system configuration, industry specific features and system processes and procedures.
•    Collect, analyze, validate and document business requirements necessary for a successful implementation.
•    Prepare functional and technical solution designs documents and configure and deliver the solution to the customer.
•    Assist with testing phase, providing guidance and assistance to the customer.
•    Identify processes, requirement dependencies and eliminate redundancies.
•    Work with team members to align with project milestones and ensure timely delivery.
•    Manages escalated customer tickets from Applications Consultant and other Solutions Consultants in a timely and effective manner.
•    Acts a Customer Success Manager for UKG only customers to include assisting with upselling UKG modules and PCT services.
•    Enter and maintain UKG project budget and backlog status in Smartsheet application. 
•    May supervise less experienced staff or project team.
•    Mentor and train other solutions consultants in the technical, project planning and implementation aspects of UKG application and its various modules.
•    Promote knowledge transfer to influence positive change and strengthen the team's performance.
•    Stay abreast of the latest technology trends; and
•    Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES) 
•    Bachelor’s degree in related field or 5-7 years’ equivalent combination of training, education, and prior job experience that would provide the required skills and abilities;
•    Advanced level knowledge with 2-3 years of experience and background with UKG Dimensions time, attendance, and scheduling; or equivalent HCM or ERP platform.
•    Knowledge of time and attendance processes – employee demographics, shift differentials, pay rules, weighted overtime, etc.;
•    Ability to create employee import / export interfaces into payroll systems;
•    Advanced knowledge of UKG programming tools, Crystal Reporting, SSRS, WIM Interfaces and Connect; 
•    Ability to create, test and debug complex SQL statements;
•    Basic knowledge of HR/Payroll;
•    Basic knowledge of Absence Management (Accruals, Leave, and Attendance)
•    Able to conduct analysis, set up and support organizations on multiple platforms;
•    Problem analysis and minor repair of time clocks;
•    Software support of Data Collection Manager (DCM) Operations/Workforce Device Manager (WDM);
•    Analysis and correction of timecard issues;
•    Exceptional customer service skills with expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving complex computer related problems;
•    Relevant and demonstrable technical support service experience in specific product line.
•    Self-directed, able to prioritize and effectively handle multiple service requests at a time under high-pressure and challenging situations;
•    Excellent organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills;
•    Proficient technical knowledge of MS-Windows operating system, MS Office suite, MS SQL Server, concepts of SQL databases;
•    Intermediate knowledge of network servers;
•    The ability to work quickly and accurately in a shared community environment; 
•    Ability to complete multiple tasks with minimal direction; 
•    Ability to listen and analyze customer needs;
•    Ability to interact with end-users, Vendors, and Client IT departments;
•    Presents a positive image that reflects well on the organization; and
•    Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Technical Experience

  • UKG Workforce Timekeeper 6.x through 8.x, UKG Dimensions, UKG Teletime, UKG Scheduler, and / or ADP Enterprise eTime, Oracle 10g, SQL, and knowledge of payroll process and interface integration (WIM) and support.
