SITE PLANNER (INTERSHIP CONTRACT)

September starting - 6 months

We are looking for a university student to join our Planning team. 

THE ROLE

As a Site Planner, you will be part of the Planning team.

While you learn from a world-class manufacturing organization, you will have a clear objective and will deliver meaningful results.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

Integrated into the site planning team, will ensure production plan scheduling at line level, delivery service and cost.

  • Provide a realistic production plan to the site at line level.

  • Optimize line scheduling, minimizing line efficiency impact as well as scrap (ensure the Factory Operating Strategies).

  • Maintain in SAP/OMP proper setup to maximize production plan adherence.

  • Link to Call off to ensure a sequence based on Materials availability.

  • Review sequence based on bulk optimization (cost impact).

  • Identify and lead improvements in processes and operations.

  • Align stoppages per line with Production & Engineering.

  • If there is any risk in the plan, escalate it immediately to the MPS planner.

  • Lead the review of line performance to keep system updated for any efficiency improvement demonstrated at format level.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

The profile we are looking for:

  • Bachelor degree. You are interested in Supply Chain.

  • Experience in an industrial environment or Supply Chain is NOT required, though it is a plus,

  • Fluent written and speaking English,

  • Proficient, confident user in SAP

  • Confident user of Microsoft Office

  • Ability to manage Database and important volume of information.
