Coty possède 2 divisions : Coty Consumer Beauty, qui regroupe le maquillage, les soins du corps, et les parfums vendus en grandes surfaces avec des marques telles que Bourjois, Rimmel, Sally Hansen et Adidas ; et Coty Luxury qui est centré sur des soins et parfums de marques Prestige comme Chloé, Hugo Boss, Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein, Gucci et Philosophy. Coty et ses marques s’engagent dans un large éventail de causes sociales et environnementales.
VOS MISSIONS
Pour ce stage, vous faites partie intégrante de l'équipe Commerciale au sein de la division Consumer Beauty et vous assisterez le Category Manager Enseignes sur ses enseignes GMS & circuit séléctif sur les catégories Maquillage et Hygiène Parfumerie :
Analyse et pilotage des leviers catégoriels des enseignes dans le but de développer l’ensemble des produits de la catégorie et les marques de l’entreprise :

Analyse des performances des opérations promotionnelles et des supports trade marketing déployés pour les clients

Participation aux différentes analyses de marché (Sell In, Sell Out, Taux de destruction, promotion, DN, Drive) et collaborer sur les différentes créations d'outils du Category Manager

Exploitation du panel de distributeurs IRI afin de développer une connaissance approfondie des catégories Maquillage & Hygiène parfumerie et identifier les tendances et opportunités

Gestion de l’ensemble de la promotion nationale et régionale (développement d’outils de communication pour les magasins et la force de vente).

Participation à la mise en place des salons enseigne.
VOUS ÊTES UN "COTY FIT

Etudiant(e) en recherche de stage de césure ou de stage fin d’études

Vous êtes sensible au secteur de l’hygiène-parfumerie et de la cosmétique.

Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se), autonome et vous avez le sens du service et une grande aisance relationnelle.

Vous savez prioriser et jongler entre différents dossiers et avez un esprit analytique.

Vous êtes doté(e) d'un fort esprit analytique (bon niveau en Excel requis) et d'une sensibilité créatrice.
