Poste et missions :


Au sein du département R&D Packaging, vous serez rattaché(e) à un Ingénieur Packaging qui vous
guidera à travers un parcours d'intégration pour vous permettre d'évoluer dans un environnement
agréable et bienveillant.


Vos missions principales seront:

  • Assister les ingénieurs packaging sur les nouveaux projets des gammes maquillages prestige
    dans le respect du process de développement:
    -Briefs fournisseurs, usines et/ou sous-traitants
    -Etude technique, analyse de risques, prototypage
    -Suivi de tests d'homologation auprès des fournisseurs et vérification de leur
    complétude en laboratoire
    -Rédaction et suivi des spécifications
  • Missions transverses :
    -Être un support à la substitution de matériaux d'emballage dans les packagings
    catalogue.
    -Identifier les matériaux alternatifs avec l'équipe multi fonctionnelle et s'assurer de
    leur conformité réglementaire ainsi que de leur qualité.
    -Etude du cycle de vie de matériau spécifique (production, utilisation et élimination)
    incluant sa disponibilité, son coût, sa compatibilité avec la formule et son impact
    environnemental via l'outil Spice tool
    -Contribuer au développement et à la validation de nouvelles méthodes de test packaging


Expériences: une première expérience dans l'Industrie des Cosmétiques/Parfums ou en gestion
de projets est un plus

  • Formation requise : Ecole d'ingénieur spécialisée en Packaging ou Génie des Matériaux
    Stage de 2eme ou 3eme année.
  • Compétences/Connaissances :
    -Connaissances en emballage, des matériaux (plastiques, verre, carton)
    -Gestion de projets
    -Bon niveau d'anglais (équivalent B1)
    -Sensibilité produit Cosmétique, univers de la Beauté
    -Méthodique, organisé(e), rigoureux(se), autonome, curieux(se), vous avez le sens des
    priorités et de l'anticipation et savez être force de proposition. Vous avez un bon relationnel
    et une ouverture d'esprit.
