Packaging intern - GSPE

September starting

6 months

A Trainee packaging developer will be part of our GSPE (Gift Set Packaging Experts) team, to support on all technical tasks and processes, and in parallel enlarge his/her technical skills and have the opportunity to join a fragrance and cosmetic structure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support GSPE Packaging technicians and advise the marketing teams.

  • To know and understand the end to end development process of the giftsets.

  • Help the team on technical coordination of projects with the various suppliers and subcontractors.

  • Support on carrying out the tasks required in the different stages of the GIFTSETS development process. 

  • Understand and learn GSPE responsibility in all legal aspects of packaging (regulation), sustainability & logistics data. 

  • Support on the maintenance of specifications and supply chain data (Weight and dimensions, shipper development, data enrichment...) 

Your main focus: 

  • Participate/animate in weekly review meetings for brands in her/his scope.

  • Understand and support the Team for the adherence of all GSPE key milestones.

  • Help on component drawings validation (all elements in the giftsets). 

  • Learn and understand artwork process and support on provide/enter the required information in ESKO. 

  • Validate the artworks in ESKO and suppliers' bromides according to the current SOP on technical/legal criteria. 

  • Edit/approve specifications in SAP RD. 

  • Perform validation/approval tests during development process and report them to her/his manager

  • Fill in/maintain the technical files/trackers.

  • Transmit technical agreements to suppliers. 

  • Collect/claim the elements/benches validated by Marketing.
