Pay: $18.00 /hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday - Thursday | 3:20 PM - 12:50 AM
Location: Ashland, Ohio
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Work 4 Days. Keep Every Friday Off.

Looking for 2nd shift without giving up your entire weekend?

Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Packaging Line Operators in Ashland for a clean, organized manufacturing environment. You'll work Monday through Thursday, giving you Friday, Saturday and Sunday off every week while earning $18 /hour.

This is a good fit for someone who is dependable, pays attention to detail, and enjoys keeping a fast-moving production line running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor the production and packaging line to keep product moving correctly
  • Check finished products for proper assembly and packaging
  • Supply caps, boxes, and other materials to the line
  • Identify and report product or line issues
  • Help maintain consistent product quality
  • Keep your work area clean and organized
  • Follow established safety and production procedures
  • Work with your team to keep production running efficiently

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to stand throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
  • Previous manufacturing, packaging, machine operation, or production experience is helpful
