Job Description
We are seeking an Overnight Cashier to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for Cashing out customers ticket vouchers and ensure proper payment. You will also need to be able to assist any customers with any questions and concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Maintain good accounting process while handling cash
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work well under pressure
