MARKET OPENING: We need sales people NOW!!! Big $$$

News alert : Last Friday Night the 27th of March Baseball Size hail struck over 20,000 homes. We have many local Contractors that live in the Jefferson City area, they are making a lot of money right now due to years of experience doing what we do.

At this point we just added on our 23rd state, that all of our 65 some sales reps can work in if they wish. Our Headquarters is based out of Ramsey MN, where our owners first met and they have all raised 3 beautiful families. We take pride in calling ourselves a FAMILY OWNED and FAMILY RAN organization where we are all treated with the highest respect and enjoy a family/team culture.

Systems in place: The reason we are the biggest is because we have thought and executed in the biggest ways. To become a flawless Nationwide company you have to have perfect systems in place. ASPEN has spent all the money need to to allow Roof orders to be all processed at our HQ, and crews from around the nation that we have been working with for 7 PLUS YEARS to build roofs for us!!! Our CREWS get as much work done as we can provide them. Aspen Exteriors ability to work in 15 plus states at the same time, and have a back log of crews to get all the work done that our sales reps can sell is one ability that ZERO other companies in the US have.

In a storm damaged area: Our sales reps work on their own, but always as a team in every market they work. We will have 5 to 15 plus sales reps working in storm damaged areas that OUR OWN SALES REPS decide that is where they wish to spend their next 3 to 24 month working in. Every sales rep has a team leader that is stacked full of experience of making sure our sale reps can go to work every day with 100s to 1000s of homeowners that need roofs replaced.

Supply and Demand : The first people that request ASPEN EXTERIORS to come help in their town is the SHINGLE SUPPLY companies. If we come to an AREA to work, they know we will be ordering from them, and bringing CREWS. Aspen Exteriors has the most roofing crews that can travel in the United States. So if we come to town they can sell a lot more shingles and more roofs are replaced faster.

Our Competition : Our competition are all similar, they only have so many crews to do so much work over the next 12 months. They will make a lot of sales their first month or maybe two month, because this is super EASY. Insurance company comes out writes up and estimate for the homeowner to give to the roofer, so he has a pre-approved estimate on how much the roof will cost. AFTER a month, all of our competition starts to stop selling. At this point over 60 percent of clients have not chose a contractor, or have gotten around to filing a claim. By the time they see all of their friends getting new roofs, all of our competition is too full to take on any new orders in the near future. Aspen Exteriors Sales Reps are not limited by our local crews, because every crew that works for us TRAVELS. So we make as much or more money than our competition does the first month or two into a storm. However, 60 days later we are the only company in town that can fulfill their job requests. So ASPEN EXTERIORS dominates the market at this point and most roof orders being placed will be with our sales reps.

We hire all over the country, but you are LOCAL to our HQ: We train here locally in Ramsey MN, and then you would be working in the field with one of our 6 Field Trainers and their TOP REPS. With such bad storm damage last year we have sales to be done all over the metro from storm damage last year that still clients are waiting on help for. We are also turning in lots and lots of orders in Des Moines, Kansas City, Pittsburgh, and Salt Lake City from storms we were working at the end of last year. This year we stated working Nashville due to HAIL and Tornado damage to roofs in the area.

PAY : This is a family owned business which is important but fair compensation is important as well. Our Sales Reps generally make 10% plus $100 per order if they are workin on the road. They make 10% if they are not on the road. $15,000 order is average for the Twin Cities so, $1,500 per client you help us with is what is normal. Help us with 10 clients you make $15,000 for the month (that is an OK month). Think about it only helping 10 clients and making $15,000. What do you have to do to make $1,500 on average here in Twin Cities:

1. Provide a free property inspection in areas with verified hail/storm damage
2. Educate the client on the insurance process so they can get all the money they need to fix the house
3. Meet with their insurance inspector on the date of the inspection to advocate for you client
4. Educate client on their shingle options and fill out an order form
5. Scan Order Form and Insurance Estimate provided by insurance inspector to the office

That is the job requirements, notice we do NOT have sales reps measuring roofs or anything other than the 5 things listed above. This allows our sales reps to make more money, and our Massive company will have their experts handle measuring and building the job as expertly as they have proven to do for 18 plus years, and have zero complaints outstanding in the history of our company.

Base/Advanced Pay: Lastly if you question coming into a sales role and waiting to get paid, please do not. We have been able to pay sales reps prior to earning commission. We have proven systems here at ASPEN EXTERIORS that gets our sales reps 2.5 days of classroom training and consistent way of being able to getting paid as you get going.
