Direct Response Marketing Coordinator

Acquire Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing targeted direct response marketing strategies to support business growth objectives. Active engagement in a range of responsibilities, including assisting in all aspects of the Direct Response Communication implementation to support direct response marketing and brand strategies; supporting the senior staff in the development of day-to-day marketing campaigns and assisting in the development and project management of day-to-day marketing campaigns and internal client relationships.

Essential Functions:

• Assists with project management of Direct Marketing campaigns.
• Monitors project status and communicates changes to marketing team, consultants and external partners.
• Develops and maintains systems for project archiving and trains staff on proper procedures.
• Review and edit marketing materials and coordinate editing process with internal team, consultants and external partners.
• Develops and maintains process for monitoring and communicating competitive advertising.
• Assesses information to identify the best solution from existing alternatives.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in coordination of Direct Response Marketing or Analytical Reporting.
• Medical marketing or dental office experience helpful

Education

• Some college hours in business administration marketing, communications or advertising.
