Job Description

Nashville Property Management Company is seeking a full time Portfolio Community Association Manager

The Portfolio manager works directly with Boards of Directors to provide services as stated in the management agreement. Services include but are not limited to: correspondence with board members, owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors; regular presentations; explanation of reports, financial statements, inspections and action lists. . Duties include: formulation of HOA budgets; approval of charges and invoices; effective preparations for meetings, and taking minutes at meetings. Must be able to attend these meetings, some in the evening as scheduled, . most of which are conducted via Zoom. Maintain high level of professionalism, work ethic, attendance, responsiveness, and reliability.

Qualified applicants should demonstrate a strong and successful customer or hospitality service back ground, real estate, construction, and/or Building Maintenance experience is a plus, but not required. Salary is based on experience and starts at $47,500.00
