Job Description
Theselected candidate will work as a member of the Information Technology (IT)Program Management Office (PMO) and be responsible for overseeing the executionof projects within the Customer Group Project Portfolio.

ProjectSpecific Role:
This project is part of a Customer GroupPortfolio and will concentrate on the Life Cycle Upgrade for the telephonysystems used by the Call Centers. This candidate will plan, design, scheduleand execute tracks within the Telephony Life Cycle Upgrade project. Theimplementation of this project will provide a fully updated platform of CiscoUCCE (Unified Contact Center Enterprise), Finesse, Verint WFM (Work ForceManagement) and Call Recording, RMG Wallboards and the coordination with thecorporate Telephony Cisco Call Manager Platform and network.
The Project Manager will be responsible todeliver this project to completion and owns the scope, cost, schedule and risksfor the project. The Project Manager will manage multiple tracks, business andtechnical resources, consultants and vendors contracted to deliver solutions.General Responsibilities include: Managing all aspects of project deliveryincluding budget, schedule, scope, weekly meetings, risks and issues; providingclear and accurate weekly and monthly project reporting and forecasting; actingas a champion to foster a positive project work environment; and successfullylead the team to accomplish all the project objectives on time and on budget.



Thesuccessful candidate will be fully knowledgeable and proficient in all aspectsof the project management Body of Knowledge. The candidate must havedemonstrated experience successfully managing large complex projects withmultiple tracks and be able to cite practical examples of this includingexample deliverables. Candidate must have experience with the MS project schedulingtools. Experience implementing enterprisewide Contact Center technology including ACD (Automatic Call Distribution),preferably Cisco UCCE, Agent Desktop integrations for Screen pop, preferablyCisco Finesse, Call Recording, outbound dialing, WFM and reporting. Must understand networking principles, IP telephony,complex integrations across multiple centers and networks. The Be a high energy, detail-oriented individual who willdemonstrate: high caliber communication, leadership and people skills; strongorganizational skills; and the ability to successfully initiate, track, reportand close projects. Will demonstrate a proven abilityto collaborate and coordinate activities with diverse groups, includingstakeholders, sponsors, leads, vendors, other project managers, and technicalstaff; a strong process orientation including producing high qualitydocumentation artifacts; and a sound working understanding of IT concepts andthe IT design & delivery life cycle. Will also demonstrate the ability to interact effectively at all levels of theorganization from administrative and technical staff to executive Steering Committeesand the ability to plan and execute Organizational Change Management to ensurethat the technical solution delivered is fully accepted, used and providessolid business value.
