Sales Support Associate

This Lead Conversion Support sales the sales team and inbound sales functions.
Responsibilities:
Streamline inbound lead progression – freeing up DoseMe Direct sales staff to focus on selling:
- Lock qualified inbound leads into a discover call with Direct DoseMe sales staff. This is a time-consuming task that does not need to be performed by sales executives.
- Organize suitable times and prospect participants that have agreed to demonstration meetings.
- Facilitate trial licences, book in trial training and lock in follow-up sales calls for DoseMe sales executives.
Support TRHC Enterprise Sales teams as they progress prospects:
- Organize suitable times and prospect participants that have agreed to demonstration meetings.
- Facilitate trial licences, book in trial training and lock in follow-up sales calls for TRHC sales executives.
Lead Conversion Support:
To support the doubling of our sales revenue in 12 months by moving sales prospects through our sales cycle at a more rapid pace. This includes:
- Locking in appointments for inbound leads (principally website leads and conference leads) with our internal sales executives
- Support information sharing for our external Enterprise Sales Team, and
- Assisting both sales teams to follow through on prospect meetings, demonstrations and product (software) trials
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, in healthcare or related field preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of call center and customer facing experience.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills with ability to be firm but not abrasive.
- Strong writing skills.
- Extremely organized.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to learn and pick things up quickly.
- Possess a strong willingness to work hard and sometimes longer hours to get the job done.
