Job Description

Pegasus Home Health Care is currently looking to hire a seasoned RN Clinical Manager.

The Clinical Manager role requires: Excellent management and leadership abilities • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills • Ability to create a positive work environment • Ability to identify and solve problems • Adept at setting priorities and multitasking • Understands the role of the field clinician and can teach best-practice case management, such as timely, excellent documentation and self-scheduling.

The Clinical Manager’s key responsibilities are to plan, coordinate, manage and evaluate the activities of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality home care services to the patients. The In-house Case Managers report directly to the Clinical Manager.

The Clinical Manager reports directly to the Director of Clinical Operations.
