Auto Transport Broker B2B Account Executive

We are seeking an Auto Transport Broker B2B Account Executive to join our team! You will supervise and coordinate all activities of the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on building the auto transport POV bulk brokerage aspect of the business
• Establish trust and relationships over the phone, via social media, as well as in person to grow revenue
• Prospect for business in the targeted niches of the industry daily, while managing the business and customer service currently on board
• Resolve escalated customer complaints
• Work with HR and VP to recruit top-tier talent
• Utilize the provided CRM for daily follow up, call tracking, and notes regarding progress of accounts
• Provide weekly feedback with the status of focus accounts and action plans to close business
• Utilize LinkedIn and other social platforms to identify potential customer contacts to expand the business
• Use existing book of business and partnerships to grow the revenue across the various niches of the industry

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in B2B sales and sales leadership within the Auto Industry a MUST
• Experience dealing with vehicle transport in the dispatch function is a plus
• Prior relationships and or experience with auto transport carriers, auto auctions, car dealerships or the rental car industry a plus
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software
• A true "Hunter" mentality as it pertains to daily business and sales acumen

Travel: 25-50% depending on domiciled location
