Catering Coordinator

Viva Chicken is seeking a Catering Coordinator with "Passion for Food, an Obsession for Service, and a Love of People". Viva Chicken currently has 15 locations and will be entering the Atlanta market (Kennesaw) in October with a 2nd location in Alpharetta the first of the year. Viva Chicken is a Peruvian Rotisserie Joint that takes you to the streets of Peru. Viva is known for serving a Peruvian street food staple - Pollo a la Brasa (Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken). What you will be doing:

• Receive daily (morning) calls and communication from the Viva Catering Service Center to confirm all orders and delivery instructions.
• Communicate with the management team, about upcoming orders.
• Leads catering order planning and preparation efforts the day prior and of delivery
• Leads catering order staging and fulfillment of catering orders the day of delivery.
• Validates order accuracy including quantities, utensils, and other contents.
• Work in conjunction with the delivery driver and manager on duty to organize and execute delivery schedules for daily catering orders. Make deliveries as needed.
• Follow all end of day administrative procedures and follow up.
