About the Position
This position's role is to increase client performance through advanced analytics, strategic campaign planning, decision science, and machine learning techniques. This role is relied upon to create and demonstrate value within our client relationships, monetize that value and work cross-functionally to deliver desired results. The end result is client satisfaction and retention, and achievement of individual & divisional goals.
This position requires a high level of detail, organization and the ability to multi-task. As a team member, you should be comfortable managing both clients and collaborating with internal division and cross division team members to deliver solutions that maximize fundraising results, improve donor file health, and achieve goals.
