Our Inspirational Manager will be responsible for:

• Directing daily operations of the restaurant
• Ensuring the safety of our guests and team members
• Fostering a positive work environment and developing staff to their full potential
• Accomplishing financial objectives
• Conducting strong interviews and attracting high quality candidates
• Developing team members
• Inspiring and motivating the team to improve
• Listening to their team and encouraging feedback

What we need from you:

• 2 Years minimum front-of-the-house operations in assistant management or general manager positions
• Ability to control COGS and labor to meet/exceed budgets
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Bilingual a plus
