Position Summary

Cook and prepare various food products, including meats, poultry, vegetables, sauces, and other food products, using different equipment and utensils, while maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment.

Essential Job Duties

Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh.
Assist the BOH team with all preparation and organization in the kitchen.
Prepare all food items according to recipes and prep lists.
Adhere to proper food handling procedures.
Maintain proper rotation of food to esnure top quality and freshness.
Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.

Skills / Talents

One to three years of line or prep cook experience required.
Familiar with industry best practices.
Basic written and verbal communication skills.
Accuracy and speed in executing tasks.
Ability to work as part of a team.
