Job description
The Management Analyst evaluates organizational processes, systems, and performance to identify opportunities for operational improvement and strategic growth. This role collaborates with executives, employees, vendors, clients, and international partners to assess business practices, lead cross-functional projects, and implement sustainable process enhancements that align with company objectives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, employees, executives, and international partners to evaluate business strengths, weaknesses, and operational effectiveness.
- Collect and analyze annual reports, procedures, system designs, workflows, and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Assess current practices and document findings, preparing detailed reports and recommendations.
- Develop and present improvement recommendations, which may include new processes, forms, reporting structures, data collection methods, system enhancements, and/or staffing adjustments.
- Lead projects from initiation through completion, including:
- Defining scope and objectives
- Developing project plans and timelines
- Assigning responsibilities
- Managing budgets and resources
- Monitoring milestones and progress
- Mitigating risks and resolving issues
- Facilitate integration of new divisions, branches, or business segments into existing operations.
- Coordinate capital improvement and process enhancement initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational strategy.
- Prepare project documentation, status updates, and training materials to support successful implementation.
- Partner with employees and international teams to implement new systems, processes, and procedures.
- Develop tracking and reporting tools to measure compliance with program and project changes.
- Review outcomes and performance data to evaluate effectiveness and recommend ongoing improvements.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field required.
- 3-7 years of experience in business analysis, operations, process improvement, or project management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading projects and driving measurable improvements.
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Experience working with cross-functional and international teams preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

$62,525.00 per year
