  1. Oversaw project cost planning and forecasting, ensured budgets align with scope, schedule, and funding priorities. Directed cost control processes, monitored financial performance, and guided teams in maintaining consistency and accuracy in reporting.
  2. Acted as liaison with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to communicate project financial status and cost variations. Aligned expectations, resolved discrepancies, and supported informed decision-making.
  3. Developed and implemented standardized cost management procedures and reporting tools. Streamlined workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across projects.
  4. Collected and maintained historical cost data and lessons learned for future projects. Shared insights to strengthen estimating accuracy and supported continuous improvement.
  5. Identified and implemented improvements in cost management and reporting processes. Enhanced efficiency, transparency, and coordination between project teams, contractors, and finance teams.
  6. Reviewed cost proposals, tender submissions, and change orders from contractors to ensure accuracy and compliance. Supported decision-making by assessing bids and variations.
  7. Attended project, contractor, and stakeholder meetings to monitor cost performance and financial trends. Provided feedback and guidance to ensure alignment with project objectives.

  10. Developed and managed budgets, tracked expenditures and forecasts, and presented results with Excel and PowerPoint.
  11. Worked with engineers, architects, and contractors to prepare estimates using Bluebeam for take-offs and Excel for cost models.
  12. Reviewed and managed scope changes, variations, and change orders. Ensured accurate evaluation, documentation, and financial control.
  13. Reviewed cost-related deliverables for compliance and accuracy. Addressed discrepancies to maintain quality and consistency across projects.
  14. Maintained regular communication with contractors and project managers to track cost performance and project risks. Collaborated to resolve discrepancies and aligned expectations.
  15. Reviewed contractor submissions, RFIs, and change orders. Provided recommendations and summaries to support informed project decisions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 5 years of experience in job offered or 5 years of experience in the Related Occupation.
