The role
This is a genuine player-coach opportunity. You'll continue to generate your own revenue while also stepping into a leadership role driving team performance, developing consultants, and contributing to the wider growth of the office.
You'll be trusted to:
  • Lead, coach, and develop Consultants and/or Associate Consultants
  • Drive team performance through metrics, data, and meaningful coaching conversations
  • Build strong, long-term client partnerships at a senior level
  • Own and grow key accounts within private equity and alternative investments
  • Identify and win new business opportunities in a competitive, high-value market
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences and make high-quality placements
