A FANTASTIC Upscale Restaurant is looking to add fast-paced Sous Chef to their Concept! This restaurant is a very high volume location and needs people who enjoy a fast-paced environment. This is a very exciting opportunity with a professionally run organization that really takes care of their team! You will have the opportunity to work with a Corporate Executive Chef and have a great opportunity to advance with the fast paced, quickly growing concept. Responsible for the consistent preparation of innovative and creative cuisine of the highest quality. Manage kitchen and culinary personnel, coordinate purchase of food, develop menus, and maintain approved food and labor costs.
