What do we seek?

Must Have Prior Experience Working in a High Vol/Upscale Restaurant
Japanese/Sushi Restaurant Experience is a PLUS
Hands on Manager with Good Communication Skills
Report to GM, Assist with overall Operations
Ability to Manager, Train and Supervise a Team
Ready & willing to Get to Work ASAP!
