Description
POSITION SUMMARY
We are currently looking for a skilled Production Graphic Designer with an eye for detail and an appreciation for the exceptional quality and level of service we deliver. This role will be responsible for executing menu production edits and adjusting current marketing materials for Tavistock Restaurant Collection in a part-time / contract role totaling 20 - 25 hours per week.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Essential Functions Statement(s)
Serve as a production graphic designer on all restaurant concepts under the Tavistock Restaurant Collection umbrella as well as the corporate TRC brand where appropriate.
Follow brand identity guidelines and ensure the visual communication standards set by the brand identity guidelines are met across all media touchpoints.
Menu editing
- Strong InDesign knowledge (comfortable working with character styles and multiple page documents)
- Proficient layout and formatting skills
- High level attention to detail
- Copy editing and proof reading
Editing promotional collateral and advertising materials, including but not limited to:
- In-restaurant - posters, table tents, check stuffers, menu boards, bounce back cards, branded coasters, stickers, etc.
- Marketing and sales collateral - brochures, presentation books, etc.
- Print - ads, flyers, banners, etc.
- Digital - social media graphics, digital signage, e-mail newsletter graphics, etc.
Follow the creative department structure for file naming and archiving to maintain an organized image/asset library for all concepts

Requirements
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Associate's Degree (two-year college) in Graphic Design or similar field strongly preferred
Experience: 3 years or more of graphic design experience in an in-house / agency structure preferably in a Production Graphic Design role.
Computer Skills: Well-trained in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Able to work within a project management software such as Basecamp. Microsoft Office Suite friendly.
