Food Service Shift Lead - Edmonds

$1,000 Signing Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment   Food Service Shift Lead - Cafeteria at Swedish Edmonds (Full-time / days)   Serves as lead in daily food service operations.  Performs required record-keeping, evaluation and monitoring functions on an ongoing basis to insure a quality, safe and sanitary food service operation.  Assists with scheduling, monitoring and reviewing work assignments.  Assists with food and beverage catering functions and performs other related duties as needed.   Applicants that meet qualifications will receive a text message with some additional questions from our partner Modern Hire. Required qualifications:

• Current Washington State Food handlers' Permit
• Increasingly responsible supervisory experience in institutional food service

Preferred qualification:

• Dietary Manager's coursework or equivalent progressively responsible experience
