Job Description Job Description Monthly Bonus + Annual Bonus based on performance Requirements - Previous experience required as Dental Office Manager / Office Coordinator / Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator - Experience working with dental software (Dentrix preffered) - Knowledge of basic and advanced dental terminology: Common dental treatments, dental proceedures, ADA dental codes, etc - Experience managing and optimizing patient's schedule: Creating and managing appointments, confirming patients, filling up last minute cancellations or no-shows. - Experience working with insurance companies (mostly PPO's): Verifying patients coverage, understanding insurance fees, co-payments, limits, and experience preparing and submitting claims. - Ability to multi-task efficiently.
