What are 'Bonus' jobs?

A 'Bonus' job typically refers to a position or role where employees are eligible to receive additional compensation beyond their regular salary, known as a bonus. Bonuses are often awarded for meeting specific targets, exceptional performance, or achieving company goals. They can be structured as annual incentives, sales commissions, or one-time rewards.
