Description of responsibilities:

  • Operate the dishwashing machine

  • Maintain a safe and sanitary food service environment by sweeping, mopping and pressure washing floors as well sanitizing the dish machine

  • Set up and maintain dish and pot washing areas

  • Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules

  • Receives deliveries of food and non-perishable supplies under the direction of culinary services director/ cook

  • Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required experience:

High school diploma/GED preferred

One (1) previous experience preferred

Required skills: 

  • Interest in working with a senior population

  • Demonstrated customer service skills

  • Organizational and time management skills
