Accounting Manager (+bonus)Large, multi-office professional services firm is adding an Accounting Manager due to growth. This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Controller with a clear path toward future corporate leadership.
What You'll Do- Lead core accounting operations (GL, AP, payroll, cash)
- Manage a team across:
- Senior Accountant + Staff Accountants
- AP leadership + support
- Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
- Ensure GAAP-compliant financials and strong internal controls
- Partner with Controller and leadership on reporting, process improvement, and strategy
- Support ERP transition
- Work cross-functionally with billing/collections and operations
What They're Looking For- 6-10+ years of accounting experience
- Prior leadership or team oversight
- Strong technical accounting / GAAP knowledge
- Experience in professional services or multi-entity environment is a plus
- CPA preferred
