At Soccer Stars & Amazing Athletes Bucksmont & Main Line, we deliver the area’s most loved youth sports programs. With over 20 years of proven success, we focus on teaching the FUNdamentals of sports through high-energy coaching, positive reinforcement, and creative, game-based learning.

Our mission is simple: help kids build confidence, develop athletic skills, and fall in love with movement and teamwork.

We offer year-round classes and camps for children ages 1–12+ across Bucks County, Montgomery County, the Main Line and Philadelphia.

About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable coach to lead fun, structured soccer and multi-sport classes.

This is more than just coaching — you’ll be creating memorable experiences for kids while helping them grow physically, socially, and emotionally in a safe, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead high-energy, age-appropriate sports classes and camps.
  • Create a fun, positive, and safe environment for all participants.
  • Teach basic sports skills, coordination, and teamwork.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and partner locations.
  • Deliver an outstanding class experience every session.
Who You Are
  • Experienced working with children (ages 1–12) — as a coach, teacher, nanny, camp counselor, etc.
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and great at leading groups.
  • Passionate about sports, child development, and making an impact.
  • Reliable, professional, and punctual.
  • Interested in early childhood education, coaching, or youth development.
Schedule & Availability
  • Programs run year-round (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall).
  • Sessions held at schools, parks, rec centers, and community locations.
  • All weekend programs begin and end between 9AM & 1PM!
  • Must be available for at least one weekend day per week, consistently, due to a high workload.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A valid driving license & your own reliable vehicle.
  • Willing to commute to different locations day to day (up to 40 mins one-way if necessary).
  • Passion for working with kids and creating a fun learning environment.
  • Availability on a consistent, weekly basis (Season lengths range from 10 - 12 weeks long. Coaches are expected to attend weekly).
  • Prior coaching or relevant experience required!
  • Ability to follow and deliver a structured sports curriculum.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
