Internal Auditor (Bilingual Korean)

Position Summary

This role is responsible for Responsible for analyzing and reviewing Risk Management metrics to detect any unusual transactions for Samsung Electronics America's (SEA) & NAHQ Subsidiaries

Role and Responsibilities

• Detect unusual transactions by routine analysis and reviewing of Sales & Marketing through various auditing methods and Early Warnings
• Process Audit for NAHQ Subsidiaries
• Review Risk Assessment tool(s) and make necessary updates to mitigate potential risks
• Report to Sr. Specialist to develop audit test steps and can assume responsibility for key process areas of moderate complexity
• Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
• Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree (in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field), required
• At least 2 years of experience in controls, audit, risk management and/or process improvement, required
• CIA, CISA, CPA, or equivalent, preferred
• Demonstrates intermediate to advanced understanding of finance
• Prior system based audit experience preferred
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to identify and/or resolve discrepancies and inconsistencies
• Attention to detail
• Eng-Korean Bilingual Must
