Job Duties

- System Development and Customization Assist with developing and customizing the Salesforce platform, including creating custom objects, fields, and workflows to meet business needs.

- Integration and Data Management Help manage and monitor Salesforce's integration with other systems and databases, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity.

- User Support and Training Support Salesforce users, addressing issues and offering training to ensure efficient use of the platform.

- Continuous Improvement Continually assess the Salesforce setup for improvements, implementing updates and enhancements to increase functionality and user satisfaction.

- Maintenance, Integration, and Testing During Updates Ensure the Salesforce instance remains operational and efficient through regular maintenance, integration with other systems, and testing during Salesforce updates.
