Company Info
The Federal Firearms License (FFL) Coordinator is responsible to update and implement the training program for all employees that deal with firearms to insure that all such employees understand their responsibilities and the role they play to be ATF compliant. The FFL Coordinator will also audit all stores that carry firearms on a regular and consistent basis to insure that appropriate ATF regulations are followed and that all documentation meets ATF standards.

- Develop, update, and implement a written training program for all employees at all locations that are involved in receiving/selling of firearms. Such training shall provide all appropriate direction and instruction to insure that all such employees have an understanding of their responsibilities in keeping all locations with firearms ATF compliant.
- Develop and maintain a company policy regarding the appropriate handling of firearms to meet all ATF requirements.
- Audit all locations to insure that all records and procedures are being properly followed. All such audits should be documented to verify compliance of all appropriate ATF requirements.
- Insure that the correct individuals are listed as responsible parties on all permits as required by federal or state law.
- Assist with and ensure that all new sporting goods locations are properly set up with appropriate licenses, NICs access, and are fully FFL compliant and all staff are properly trained so as to allow for the sales of firearms in a timely manner.
- Be the Company resource on compliance and firearm procedures.
