Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and coach employees to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage the production schedule to meet deadlines and production goals.
  • Set up, operate, and tend to equipment that packages food products, addressing any rework resulting from equipment malfunctions.
  • Clean and sterilize equipment and processing areas to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Maintain inventory management software for accurate tracking of materials.
  • Record production data during quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Obtain information from relevant sources through observation, data entry, and database management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
