PRODUCTION FOREMAN
Lead the shop floor at one of Miami's top custom fabrication firms.
McKenzie Craft fabricates architectural millwork out of our 25,000 sq ft workshop in the heart of Miami, FL. We are hiring a Production Foreman to run daily production: leading the floor, keeping work on schedule, and protecting the quality bar that defines our work.
What you will do
โ€ข Lead and supervise shop floor employees through daily production
โ€ข Review shop drawings and oversee QC for fit, finish, and build accuracy
โ€ข Manage labor allocation, Labor Kanban, and timesheets daily
โ€ข Coordinate with Engineering, PM, and Installation on fabrication needs
โ€ข Enforce safety, PPE, and shop standards without compromise
What you bring
โ€ข 5+ years in millwork, carpentry, or fabrication leadership
โ€ข Strong shop drawing and blueprint interpretation
โ€ข Proven leadership and team supervision
โ€ข Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
Salaried, exempt. About 10 to 25% office, 75 to 90% shop floor. Reports to the Plant Manager.
