Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Lead and supervise a crew of carpenters and laborers on various construction projects.
  • Interpret and execute project plans, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
  • Coordinate daily work schedules and delegate tasks to team members.
  • Perform hands-on carpentry work, including framing, plastering, installation, drywall finishing, acoustical ceilings, and EIFS.
  • Ensure all work meets high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and code compliance.
  • Oversee site safety and ensure adherence to OSHA and company safety policies.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Manage time, materials, and resources to maintain project timelines and budget.
  • Train and mentor crew members to develop their skills and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in carpentry and construction.
  • Proven leadership experience as a Carpenter Foreman or similar supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and/or federal construction practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Skilled in all aspects of carpentry, including rough framing.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean jobsite.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
