We are currently looking to add a member to our Indiana team to assist production builders with their service, repair and warranty needs.

Job Description

Working under the direction of the Vice President and Division Field Manager, the Residential Drywall Foreman is responsible for maintaining the integrity of a central Indiana portfolio in accordance with Associated Drywall Partners mission, vision, and goals, as well as meeting and exceeding our client’s objectives. The Residential Drywall Foreman will be responsible for management and development of all team members assigned, either directly or through others. He/she will maintain a close working relationship with peers and functional departments in a collaborative, Team environment. He/she will also maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, contractors, and others serving the company and/or its clients.

We are looking for a candidate who can work independently in a fast-paced environment with the initiative and drive to make this position their own. The Residential Drywall Foreman is expected to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of the portfolio whenever and wherever possible.

What Does a Residential Drywall Foreman Do?

As a Residential Drywall Foreman, you will supervise drywall repair techs and coordinate and adhere to schedules for each house to ensure promptness and quality for each job. Your responsibilities include overseeing the repair, service or warranty work done by your techs. Other duties include ensuring all materials are available for the techs to complete drywalling tasks. You monitor drywall project deadlines and assign work activities to meet the builder’s timeline.
