Job description

We are seeking motivated and dependable Entry-Level Carpenters to join our growing team on construction projects throughout the Boston and North Shore areas. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the carpentry trade while gaining hands-on experience working alongside skilled carpenters and foremen.

Responsibilities
  • Assist carpenters with framing, finish work, and general construction tasks
  • Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed
  • Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and building materials
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assist with installation of doors, trim, cabinetry, drywall, and other carpentry-related tasks
  • Follow all company safety procedures and job site regulations
  • Perform general labor duties as needed to support project completion
Qualifications
  • Previous construction or carpentry experience is helpful but not required
  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
  • Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Boston and North Shore area
