Field Technician Construction & Field Operations Location: Victor, NY Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Approx. 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Compensation: $20-$25/hour entry-level | $30+/hour experienced Benefits: Benefits Eligible Curran Development Group is partnering with a reputable commercial construction firm serving the Rochester and Western New York region to hire motivated Field Technicians for hands-on roles in construction and field operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, learning practical skills, and being part of a team-oriented environment.

No prior construction experience is required - we are willing to train candidates with strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Projects may involve a mix of indoor and outdoor work and can include carpentry, framing, drywall, finish work, demolition, excavation support, material handling, and general construction activities depending on the needs of each project.
