This popular rapidly growing fast casual health food concept is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer.

Based in Wilmington NC, they are a lifestyle brand that's expanded nationwide with over 80 locations in 20+ states. Immediate future growth plans include an additional 80 store build out. The concept serves a wide variety of healthy menu items, shakes, and pre-made meals for meal planning.

We are looking for someone experienced with a passion for health & wellness to join our family and help take the brand to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, auditing process, and governmental agency reports.
• Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; oversees and collaborates with Department Leaders on any necessary adjustments to future projections, budgets, and expenditures.
• Reviews the planning process and suggests improvements to current methods.
• Analyzes operations to identify areas in need of reorganization, downsizing, or elimination.
• Cost analysis and oversight of KPI reporting.
• Works with the CEO and other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning process.
• Studies long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and market share.
• Identifies opportunities for expansion.
• Oversees investment of funds and works with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion.
• Works closely with COO/Franchise Partners on improving unit economics at Franchise level.

Requirements:

• CPA; Degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA a plus)
• 15+ years of total accounting or finance experience
• 5+ years of recent experience as CFO or VP finance in multi-unit Company
• Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence and executive presence
• Ability to motivate staff along with outstanding communication/presentation skills
• Willingness to relocate to Wilmington NC

Salary & Benefits:

Base salary is still under consideration as of October 24th, we encourage all eligible CFO candidates to apply. All desired salary windows will be considered.
Salary- $150,000 - $225,000 Annually + Bonus Structure and Equity
Relocation Reimbursement
