A Day in the Life at Refer.io:

You will take the lead in a novel sales process where each day offers the chance to engage deeply with warm leads that our marketing wizards generate.

Imagine your day peppered with discussions that are less about making a quick sale and more about advising on strategic employer branding solutions using our AI tools.

Your role will involve nurturing these relationships, from initial contact through to demonstrations and strategic follow-ups, helping clients craft a compelling employer brand. With the autonomy to tweak and refine our sales approach, your insights will directly influence how our product evolves in the marketplace.

What We're Looking For:

We need a forward-thinking sales rep with a strong foundation in content marketing and email campaign strategies, now looking to leap into AI-powered recruiting technology. You should be a creative problem solver, keen on leading with value, and adept at cultivating long-term client relationships.

Your first 90 days will be critical; you'll immerse yourself in learning our products and market, while also laying down the framework for educational and consultative sales processes that resonate with our tech-savvy clients.

Location & Travel:

Fully remote yet dynamically connected, our team values face-to-face collaboration.

You'll be expected to travel occasionally, less than 10% of your time, participating in key industry events and intimate team gatherings that inspire innovation, often in scenic locations or alongside major HR expos.

Your Compensation:

You'll receive a monthly salary based on your experience ($3k to $4k per month) plus a generous commission structure.
